All payments, when enabled, will be processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as PayU. Myastro PRO does not store any payment card or banking information. By purchasing a paid feature, you acknowledge that digital services are delivered electronically and that results, outputs, or predictions are not guaranteed. Paid features do not create any obligation, warranty, or assurance of specific outcomes or benefits.

6. Limitation of Liability

Myastro PRO offers content and calculations on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. No guarantee is given regarding accuracy, completeness, reliability, or uninterrupted service. You acknowledge that astrology is interpretive and may contain errors or variations.

Myastro PRO does not accept responsibility for decisions you make based on astrology results. We are not liable for financial decisions, emotional impact, relationship actions, business choices, legal actions, medical decisions, or any personal or professional outcome arising from your use of the platform.

Users of Myastro PRO are solely and fully responsible for any decisions, actions, interpretations, or predictions they make for themselves or for others based on information provided by the service. Myastro PRO shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such use.

Myastro PRO do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, timing, or completeness of any astrology chart, planetary calculation, transit details, mahadasha calculations, yogini dasha, sade sati analysis, or any automated prediction generated by the system. All results are approximate and may vary depending on different sources, methods, and interpretations. Users must verify information independently and should not rely solely on the system.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myastro PRO, its owners, developers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Astrology Disclaimer

All astrology charts, calculations, predictions, and reports on Myastro Online and Myastro PRO are based on traditional Vedic astrology principles. They are provided only for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes. No results are guaranteed to be accurate or scientifically validated. Interpretation varies between astrologers and data sources. You must not use astrology information for any critical decisions. By using this site, you accept full responsibility for outcomes based on astrology content.

10. Refund Policy

For paid features and purchases, the following refund terms apply:

All services on Myastro PRO are delivered electronically. Digital items cannot be returned, and therefore purchases are normally non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

10.1. Refunds may be considered only if:

1) Payment was deducted but the service was not delivered due to technical issues. 2) A duplicate payment occurred. Proof is required. 3) A payment was made by mistake AND the service was not accessed. Approval is at our discretion.

10.2. Refunds not allowed for:

Dissatisfaction with predictions, interpretations, report content, or perceived inaccuracies. Astrology is subjective and no results are guaranteed; therefore such reasons are not eligible for refunds.

Refund processing depends on your bank or payment gateway (e.g., PayU). Timelines may vary.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, code, design, and features within Myastro PRO are the property of Myastro.online. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse any part of the service.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt hacking, create fake accounts, manipulate data, or engage in illegal activities. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

13. Third-Party Services

Myastro PRO uses Google Analytics for usage tracking and PayU for future payments. These services operate under their own privacy and security policies.

14. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, update, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

14.1. Technical Issues

The website may experience downtime, delays, errors, bugs, server problems, or interruptions. We are not responsible for damage caused by technical issues, system outages, incorrect data, or third-party failures.

15. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may request account deletion anytime by contacting support.
